Nested Web controls

I have a header that I wish to include some of the .Net web controls in.

Now I know this cannot be done, and the web control exists outside of the
form, but is there plans for future versions of .Net framework to support
nested controls?

For those scratching their heads, I use `LoadControl` to initiate the
header.
