Is there any way to Capture TextBox LostFocus Event in
ASP.NET Web Forms

It's a client event....so not really. You would have to make this client
event call a round trip.
What is it you are trying to do with it?

The LostFocus event is a client-side event. Therefore, you would have to use
JavaScript on the client to "capture" it.
