Testing form values

Hi,

I have a web form that is supposed to send data to a sql server using stored
procedure. The problem is that, when I enter everything in the form
(including the upload file) and press upload, the form just reloads minus
the values. I checked my database and no new row has been created.
In the VB.NET code behind the form, I have double-checked all of the
function calls and the paramater lists match the stored procedure calls.

I am new to asp.net so I'm not too sure as to how to trace my problem. The
first thing I would like to do is check if my form values are being sent to
the stored procedure function in my central .vb file. Can anyone tell me
how to go about with this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
