how can i call my asp.net project from a dreamweaver
application?

If you have compiled code behind, you can reference this using the Page
directive:

<%@ Page language="c#" Codebehind="<page name/>.aspx.cs"
AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="<namespace/>.<className/>" %>
