Mixing C++ with C# on ASP.NET

Well, this is my scenario:

I have 2 proyects, the main C# Web Application and a
Class Library, I'm working with Visual Studio .Net 7.1

And here is a sample of the code that crashes the
webserver.

};

public __gc class B
{
public:
B()
{
a = new A();
}
private:
A *a;
};

When I try to create the B class to gain access to the
unmanaged c++ code a "Stack Overflow" exception is
thrown. The stack is not full, maybe corrupted, but I
really don't know why. The exception comes from the new
operator of A. I'm not capable of instanciate any managed
class this way. When I mix c# and c++ in common
applications (no web applications) this trick works
perfectly. Is it something related with security? Or is
something wrong here?
