Watching Your Server Processes article on windows 2003

I just came across the article on MSDN

Now, i thought windows 2003 run in isolation mode, and therefore
ProcessModel is not available.

Is it possible to use this articles solution on windows 2003 ?

What would be the equivalent solution for windows 2003 that achieves the
same result as this article?
