How to deploy asp.net with vb6 dll to other machines

I have a web services calling some dll, activex.exe. I want to deploy it to
another machine.

How can I do so including packaging the asmx files, all related dll and
activex.exe [which may call other dll as well, but not referenced at the
project].

Do you need to manually register those dlls and activex.exe

Thanks!

If found the Interop.xxxx.dll at the bin diretory, but got the classid not
found or not registered error.

I suspect that I need to separte deploy the original vb6 dll files.

But, how can the process be automated? can I package the whole asp.net
application including the vb6 dll into a exe or msi and then deploy.

If just copy from directory or using Copy Project feature, seems not working
in this case.
