dependency problem

bob
when i compile my asp.net web project - I receive the
following error:

Warning: The dependency 'nsoftware.IPWorks,
Version=5.0.1256.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=cdc168f89cffe9cf' in
project 'PRIWIntranet' cannot be copied to the run
directory because it would overwrite the
reference 'nsoftware.IPWorks, Version=5.0.1182.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cdc168f89cffe9cf'.

what exactly is this? I only see one version being
referenced for the IPWorks software. where is it getting
the other version number?
