Can anyone explain why my ASP.NET website works on my local machine just
fine, but when I upload it to my hosting provider I get this Server Error:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Sounds like the web server is configured not to allow Parent Paths.

looks like you are trying to go out of your allocated directory. I mean out
of uour webspace! Get it??
