Detecting Internet Connection?

How can i detect if a user is connected to a newtork or the internet using
..Net? are there any examples out there?

Any Help or links Greatly Appreciated

Not sure what you mean. In an ASP.Net app, a user is a client browser,
which, if it makes a request to your web, is certainly connected to the
Internet, or at least to your network.

There are several properties in the System.Net.Sockets Namespace that might
help with this. Here's a place to start:

TcpClient.Active Property
