Upload large files to server problem

Hi,
I need to upload large files (~100Mb) to the Web server. If I do it the
ASP.NET way the server will die, cause ASP.NET buffers the stream in memory.
i.e. 10 concurent users will just destory the server :((

Does any one have any idea how this can be done in MANAGED CODE?
