another server error

I got the following server error, does anybody have an idea of what it
means?
Server Error in '/CreateJobFromFile' Application.

It means that on line 40 of
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\createjobfromfile\createjobfrom file.aspx.cs an error
occurred due to referencing an Object that doesn't exist. I would check that
line of code to see what object(s) it references, and figure out why at
least one of them was not initialized.
