Rights on ASPState Lost

pg
Hi,
When I restart the SQL engine, the "application user" (the user that
is défined to access to the web application ) lost the rights on the
ASPState Database.
So when a user try the site, it's fail !!

I must execute a script that give the rights.....

I would like to find a cleaner solution.

Any solution ?

Thanks
