HTML pages only partially appear

I have a .NET application that occasionally has a problem where an
HTML page would only partially appear. This occurs using IE Ver 6.0.
The problem is very intermittent and not predictable. Furthermore, if
I select the Tools Menu and then Internet Options, after the options
dialog box displays, the remainder of the HTML is displayed. Does
anyone have any information regarding the cause and resolution of this
problem?

I don't have a resolution, but I just wanted to say that we have seen this
problem as well, which can also be resolved by refreshing the page. I would
love for Microsoft to investigate this.
