File or assembly name "yufnisoc.dll", or one of its dependencies, was not found.

Hi,

I am running into the above exception with different dll
name every time I restart to debug the ASP.NET project.
I put all my dlls in \bin directory.

The exception happens on the following line:
XmlSerializer serializer = new XmlSerializer
(proxy.GetType());

where proxy is my own defined class.

It seems that aspnet working process couldn't find some
dlls. Help please.

D.C.
