ASP.Net without IIS

Okay, get ready for likely the most ridiculous question
that has ever been posted.

Crystal Reports does not work in my situation. I have
custom classes with nested references to each
parent...blah blah...Crystal (and datasets for that
matter) are no solution for my reporting needs. ASP.Net,
however, aside from it not being able to product PDFs
from output HTML, would be an excellent custom reporting
tool for me to employ.

Now the stupid question: is there "any" way to run an
ASP.Net page on a client machine without accessing a web
server?

You could include Cassini with your client install.
Cassini is a small open source web server from www.asp.net
(which will actually be used in Whidbey):

Thank you very much!

Beware of restrictions that Cassini has. Read the
documentation carefully!
