BoundColumn Visibility

Hello, I have set the visibility property of a BoundColumn in a datagrid to
false. At some point in the program I make a determination that I want to set
the property of this column to "True", but I am not sure how to do this.

I am guessing that I would use the ItemCreated Event of the datagrid to set
the property. I apparently can not use the "findControl" method. I know the
control is in the e.item.cells(4).
I tried e.item.cells(4).visible = "True" but that did not seem to do the
trick.

How to I set the property of this column to visible?

DataGrid1.Columns(4).Visible=True
