How to do that..... ?

I have a ASP.Net application. It has a login page where in user will enter
their user Id and password. User validations are done by checking their user
id and password in SQL Server database(SQL 2000). My question is that when
the user logs in from intranet, is it possible to do simillar validations
where in user once they login to their Windows 2000 system, I can use that
credetials to validate access to web application ? Ultimately if internal
user from office logs in to his/her system I can bypass the web login page
and takes to the home page. How to implement this ? Thanks,
Gary
