TcpClient

I am using the TcpClient class to send and receive some data from a remote
information service. I am having a strange problem when using the
DataAvailable property to cycle through and fill the receive buffer. When
debugging through, everything works fine and I get all of the data. If I
run the app not in debug mode, the response gets cut off. I have put a
delay in the the code to simulate debugging and it works fine. Any idea?
Is this a common TCP problem?
