can't edit/create stored procedure

I know this is a little off topic, but I can't seem to figure this out.

In Visual Studio 2002 I was creating and edit stored procedures and tables
using the server explorer tab. We recently upgraded to Visual Studio 2003,
but create/edit for tables and stored procedures does not seem to exist
through the Server Explorer window.

2003's help instructions on creating a stored procedure is the same as 2002,
but the only this on the context menu for a stored procedure are: "Refresh",
"Run", "Properties" There is no edit, step into, new.

Has this functionality been changed in studio 2003? Or worse yet, has this
functionality been removed?

Thanks,

bill
