asp.net starting error

hi
i have an asp.net web application which runs well.
but every few hours i get this error message.
"error while trying to run the project. unable to start debugging on the
web server. the system cannot find the file specified."
and it works fine again if i re-start the system again. why does that
happen?
how do i resolve this?

thanks
