Gridlayout problems

Hi,

I use VS.NET Enterprice Achitect 2002 version and when I
try to create a page in gridlayout all font sizes goes
banana in all 'Label' and 'RequiredFieldValidator'
objects. TextBoxes, DropDownLists and Buttons seems to
behave normal.

I first create a web Forms Panel and because that Panel
can't hold objects in GridLayout I add a HTML Grid Layout
Panel and then place all the Web Form objects on this.

I usually drag any Label object and set it's name and Text
properties and leave the Font propeerty. Then when I view
it in a browser all Label Font properties are BIG, some of
them are prolonged over the document edges. If I set the
Font.Size property to X-Small, then in the browser it's
rendered in normal fontsize.

Any ideas?

TIA

/Kenneth

Many of the design FUBARs are corrected in VS.NET 2003, so it is a
worthwhile upgrade. Not sure if this particular FUBAR is handled as I abhor
grid layout (not opposed to CSS, per se, but I would like a bit more control
when I opt to go that direction).

Make sure you have the SP2 patch for the 1.0 Framework, as that may address
some issues.
