asp.net - using matrix with accessdb & framework v1.1

Hi

i'm getting complaints from line 73 of the web.config - system.web seems to
be present in the correct directory ? is it simply that i should comment
these lines out that look for path="*.vb" or .. any ideas - i'm not too
fluent on configuration
