Audio Streams from ASP.NET

Is there any way to put together a series of audio clips and stream them
from IIS via ASP.NET on say, a button click? Assume I cannot install
anything beyond my DLLs (I can't setup a media server). I want to append a
series of waves / mp3s / whatever and push them out.

I want speech for a component, but the speech SDK is overkill (and still
beta) for this.
