Method of having overlayed controls...

Let's say you have a few server-side Div tags, and depending on some
arguments, you want to show or hide various (same-sized) div tags... Well,
ideally - at run-time, you want them to be in the same place.. but in the
design environment, it would almost be better to have them be staggered so
you can select them.. There isn't a tradition "Top" property.. and also, the
Top is set via a style tag.. so if I try to do:

this.SubPanelAdmin.Style["Top"] = this.SubPanelBoss.Style["Top"];

It doesn't work (meaning, nothing changed)... I tried foreaching through the
SubPanelBoss.Style CssStyleCollection - but won't let me.. how can I make
sure these two panels are the same size and location - at runtime only?
