Access data in a dataset

This may seem very elementary, but I am used to dealing with Recordsets with
ASP. How do I pull individual datafields out of a populated Datasets?

For example.

If I have a table that consists of (Name,Address,City,State). I pull this
info back into a Dataset. I have a dropdownlist which is already populated
with Name. When I select a name I want to pull back the Address,City, and
State into a their own text boxes.

Please forgive me as I am new to ADO.NET.
Thanks,
Brent
