Web control toolbar events not firing

Hi all,

I am programmatically adding/removing controls to/from a toolbar web
control. The problem I'm having is that the button click event is not firing
after first time the user control is loaded. The event does fire, however,
after the first time the user control has been loaded. How can I solve this
problem?

Regards
John.
