Ran aspnet_regiis.exe -i from 1.1 dir, but iis is not running 1.1

What am I missing?

I wonder if the -r switch would be more aggressive by replacing all versions
with 1.1?

-r - Install scriptmaps for this version at the IIS metabase
root and for all scriptmaps below the root. All existing
scriptmaps are changed to this version, regardless of
current version.

Has IIS be reset since? (iisreset)
