Access denied when debugging in VS.NET

My app is running fine under framework 1.1, win2k on a PDC.
Since it's on a PDC, I'm running aspnet_wp.exe under a weak domain account.
I'm running VS.NET on an XP client on the same domain, logged on as an
administrator. I am also a member of Debugger Users on the server, and I've
tried adding the aspnet_wp account to Debugger Users .
When I try to debug the app, I get "Error while trying to run project:
Unable to start debugging on the web server. Access is denied".
If I give the aspnet_wp.exe account administrative rights, I can debug
without problems, but I'd rather not have it running as an administrator.

Any ideas?

Thanks
