VB6/VB.Net difference question

What are the VB.Net equivalents of the VB6 "Class
Initialize" and "Class Terminate"?

Use the constructor "New()" and the destructor "Dispose()" I believe.

There is no destructor. However, Dispose() is used for certain classes that
need to clean up after themselves for some reason, such as having unmanaged
resources in them.
