Required Form on webpage

OK, I am completely new to ASP, .NET, and JAVA and would
like some guiding advice. At my company the employees are
required to read a safety sheet on our company intranet.
Well, after they read it, there needs to be proof to me or
my boss. Now, does anyone have any advice on just how I
should go about this? I have a small JAVA app. as an
inline frame. The only thing is, if this inline frame is
in the safety webpage and they close the webpage it
doesn't require you to enter the fields in the JAVA app.
I don't know what the JAVA code is for the onclose
procedure for the webpage. Anyhow, I'm wandering would it
be more efficient to create this with ASP? If so, how do
I begin? Thanks for any advice and help.

George Hi,

With ASP.NET you can create a form with the safety text and in the
bottom of the text TextBox and button. The user need to read the text,
enter his worker No. and press the OK button. This will cause server
side event. On the server you can enter to DB the Date and Worker No. so
you can know how read the text (go through and press the button, for
sure :-) ).

Sounds great. Just one thing. How do I start? Were do I
begin. I heard something about there was a download. Or
is there any good resources to explain how to begin on
using ASP.NET? How do I create this form with ASP?
