Method not found: Void System.Threading.ThreadPool.GetMinThreads

I have just installed Windows Server 2003 as an upgrade and now get the
following message when I run ASP.NET pages (ASP pages run fine):

Method not found: Void System.Threading.ThreadPool.GetMinThreads

Does anyone know why this would happen? I have reinstalled IIS 6.0 twice but
to no avail.

This is a Domain Controller.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Regards

Richard
