System.Web.UI.Design

nic
I have been reading about creating custom controls and
many of them use the System.Web.UI.Design namespace. I
don't have access to it. How do I add the
System.Web.UI.Design to my project? (It doesn't show up
under my references and I don't see how to load it. I
have System.Web.UI loaded but there is no Design)

Any one else have this problem?

Hi Nic,

Have you seen the walkthrough on creating a custom control? If not, it's
here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ebcontrols.asp

The System.Web.UI.Design namespace comes from System.Design.dll, so you
should just be able to use Imports or Using to get System.Web.UI.Design.

Good luck!
