.Net 2003 property window won't open

Microsoft windows .Net 2003

I have a mayor problem! My property window won't open. I
tried using to dynamic help to open the property window,
but with out success. (The dynamic help window won't even
display).

Both windows display while debugging is process.

Is there a patch to this problem?
If any, where can I download the patch?

Hope you can help me!

I've seen this problem happen before.
To fix it I simply closed Visual Studio.NET and then reopened it.
To prevent it from happening you can pin open the property window so it
never slides off the screen.
