DropDowns... another one.

Hi all,

I've got a DataList control that binds to a sqldatareader. In each row, I'd
like to include a DropDown box with 5 fixed selections.

This is basically for a rating system on each row, select (good, ok, bad,
etc), and it updates the database with the updated ratings. I dont think
the dropdown needs to be bound to anything. All I need to do is run a
function passing it the the value of the selected item. The problem I'm
having is when I a control into the item, it just replicated it for each
row, there's no way I could see of distinguishing which dropdown was
selected, so I don't know when row to update.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to put server controls
(i.e. the dropdown) in dataliststs.

Thanks,
Paul
