Positioning user controls in a page

Hi all,

What is the best way of positioning user controls within a page? I have 5
user controls I need to position onto a page and they must remain in their
positions. One of the usercontrols contains a few user controls embedded
within.

Thanks a lot, in advance.

Regards
John.
