Resize usercontrols designtime

Dst
How can i resize my usercontrol in design mode ?
Seems like when the usercontrol is added to a page the size is fixed.
It does not have any resize grips.

I added a width / height property and this works runtime when
i change the value designtime.

But it is a hazzle to run the page to see how it will look like.

Anyone ?

I am trying to create a composite control which is essentially a panel with 4 labels and 4 check boxes I have designed the control in VisualStudio form designer. I dont want to allow the user to change the size of this control at design time. How can I acheive that I was looking into the ImmutableObject attribute to set. But I donot have any public set property ( setters) which does set the size property. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've developed a class that derives from component (rather than a control), and am trying to license it at design time. I've set the license attributes etc. to my custom license provider: The problem is that my license provider never gets called at designtime. To prove this, I've put this code into the implementation

Hi, I'm developing a GUI with almost all Usercontrols. It's been working wonderfull up till a few weeks ago, and really crashed yesterday. Suddenly I can no longer add some of my usercontrols to any of the others (I've also tried to create new usercontrols and windowforms and add them to the new control, but that doesn't work any better). It's really frustrating since I've been able to add them and run the program before.

Hi, I made a usercontrol with 2 TextBoxes and 2 labels. When i place the usercontrol in a webform, i see the grey rectangle, and i can place the usercontrol only on the top of the form. I found that i can place the usercontrol in a panel, and so i can move the panel (and the control) in my WebForm. There is another way to place the usercontrol so i can move the control without the panel, and a way to view the control in my WebForm at...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
