Not able to connect to datasource from local hosted website in Classic ASP

Dear members
I am writing n this blog for the first time.

I am a .net person but recently allotted a classic asp application to redesign in classic asp.
The website is already running on hosted server but when I try to run it on my localhost it gives me error.

I am using Windows 7 with IIS 7.5

SQL server 2005

my code for connections string is as below.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. dim ConnectionString
  2. Dim IIS_IP
  4.     ConnectionString = "uid=UserName;pwd=password;driver={SQL Server};server=myServerIP\SQLA;database=database_name;dsn=,,connection=adConnectAsync"
  5.            session.Timeout = 1200
  6.     Set conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
  7.     conn.Open ConnectionString
  8.     conn.ConnectionTimeOut = 30
  9. conn.ConnectionString = ConnectionString
