Not able to connect to datasource from local hosted website in Classic ASP

Dear members
I am writing n this blog for the first time.

I am a .net person but recently allotted a classic asp application to redesign in classic asp.
The website is already running on hosted server but when I try to run it on my localhost it gives me error.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
 
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

I am using Windows 7 with IIS 7.5

SQL server 2005

my code for connections string is as below.

           session.Timeout = 1200
    Set conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
    conn.Open ConnectionString
    conn.ConnectionTimeOut = 30
conn.ConnectionString = ConnectionString
