ODBC Insert on Linked table failed - timeout

1
Hi,
I'm having trouble getting to the bottom of this error. all users machines on Access 2010 end up freezing and then generating this error, whenever they try to add a record to the orders table in datasheet view (table view).

Rebooting the server on which SQL sits seems to fix the issue but then reoccurs the next day around a similar time, but there is nothing obvious in the background.

Cant keep rebooting the server. Are there any log files I need to clear, any settings?? Help!!
