How do I add a Radio-Group input to an access db, Please?

I was trying to develop a dynamic webpage that contains a form with some number of questions. Users will have to choose one option among the five available option buttons for each questions on the form.
I tried the following code....
========================
sql = "INSERT INTO FeedBack(SSpeed,Responsiveness,Accuracy,Informativ eness,SType) values (" + qn1 + ", " + qn2 + "," + qn3 +"," + qn4 + "," + Stype + ")"
rs.open sql,con
Response.Write ("Your Comment has been Successfully Saved!")
====================
MORE INFO... method is Post, I have accepted form inputs on a variable, the each radio-group has same name, different values, different id and OF COURSE in the same form....
NB: All my field values are NUMBER type. Field types are ALL NUMBERS. (I want number to be stored in the database corresponding to the users' choice).

I can see the confirmation text too.

and there is no error BUT there is nothing in the database.
Can you please HELP??!!
Thanks!!
