Excel File and FileSystemObject

Hi,

I have created a page that browses excel file and another page that should retreive specific column values from this file.
Now, this file comes from local computer. So, how to retrieve specific columns values using "FileSystemObject" from it and then store it in SQL table in specific columns.
Any sample code will help me.

Regards,
