IIS General Configuration

Hi friends......
I have created a WebSite in IIS (Windows 2003). But whenever I try to open any ASP page, from that WebSite, in my browser, it shows the HTTP 500 error. What can be the reason.

According to me, I have done all general configurations correctly. I have assigned a new IP to that WebSite and also the Home directory is set correctly.

Also, I am able to open the pages from default website using the localhost but not through the machine name or IP address. I think there is some problem with my Browser Settings. Please Help.
