converting html page to asp

i converted html page to asp on browsing this page i get eror like that
mahal@yahoo.co.in �����
and like that error in many places
i included
<% Response.CharSet = "UTF-8" %>
on top but its not eliminating that error

The only thing I can suggest is that you remove all non UTF or ANSI characters from your source file.

what is between the </a> and </span> tags? Is that just spaces? It looks to me like that is where the error is...
