The report was not exported.The selected export format may be disabled on the server

Hi,

I have an ASP application . i am using crystal report8.5 to generate the report. when i tried to export the crystal report to any format like .pdf,.xls,.rtf. its telling an error like "The report was not exported.The selected export format may be disabled on the server" Please advise me to solve this issue.

I didn't know ASP could handle crystal reports. Most people who use Crystal reports use ASP.NET instead since ASP support ended before Crystal reports were invented. Are you sure you are using ASP (file extension .asp) or are you using ASP.NET (file extension .aspx)?

Yes sure i am using .asp extension. I am using Crystal report 8.5 with ASP
