How to steal files from a web server

I made a project for a internet game.

Wich had .asp files .php files .conf files , .htm files , and images...

I gave these files to someone who buyed an domain and made the website for this internet online game.

He publish the files in that server and i delted from my computer cause i knew the user + password from FTP Server. After 1 month that person took al files from there and then deleted , after this , he selled the domain name to another person or back to that company and he stole my game files with all with signup and game , etc.

He made a new website and he pretend is its work and now i want to know if i can steal the files from his server with a program or something. Just to download back files from his server.
