ASP question please help.

Hi, ANyone who have any thoughts about this, please let me know.

web-based application that will allow us to do the following:
1. Create a series of radio button “checklists” that would be presented to users in a series.
2. Users would check the buttons on each list that pertain to them, and then select Next to continue to the next list.
3. Users should be able to back up to previous lists to edit responses.
4. When finished, the user would Submit their responses.

You can submit each page's answers to a database and then load the next page. The table will need a field that indicates the form was finished once they hit submit.

You could also use session variables to store the answers temporarily but if they walk away then all their previous answers are lost. Or you could use cookies instead.

Personally I would use DIV's and hide all of them (display: none) except the current page (display: block). When they hit next it hides the current DIV and shows the next. Data is only submitted to the server when they finish by hitting submit.
