running ASP on XP Home

is it possible to install PWS on XP Home?
If not, is there another way to run asp on XP Home?

Thanks. I now see that XP-home is not backward compatible and their sale
literature does not mention that.
So one buys a new version of Windows only to know it is not fit for the job.
I wonder is anybody tried to sue MS for that?
