make dynamic graph (chart, pie chart..) connected to an ACCESS database ?

is it possible to make graphics (chart, pie chart...), which could be done dynamicly on the server.... ??

I have only used two solutions to do my charting and both I had to pay for.

I designed my own charting once (pie and bar) and they just took too long to load. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a solution, or try to convince the boss it wasn't necessary.
