:) try using

\\ipaddress\sitefolder\home page

means
if i have a site in a folder named ABC with the login.asp page as the home page on the server with the ip adress=192.168.0.1
then i will write

\\192.168.0.1\ABC\login.asp

hope that might work
a better way is to make an icon for this
do this right click an create aa short cut and in the adress bar copy and paste the same address there and then after creating the short-cut rightc-click on the short-cut and go to properties--->change icon and there a window will open and you can specify any icon from ther and this looks more easy for a user to just dble-clik on an icon and start
do reply if that worked

yes I have installed iis on the machine on which my application is placed and in address bar of other computer i am writing(www.ipaddress of server machine.project name)
