how to import .XLS file in the database

dear all,

i want to import excel file in my database table.
plz give me the whole coading.

I don't have the whole coding for you, but I can give you a hint. You have to open code editor (alt + F11 if memory serves) and type DoCmd.TransferSpreadheet . Now click F1 to read help about the parameters. It's not very difficult.
